## What the first 90 days look like

Map, connect, automate, monitor. Implementation is staged by product.

- **Week 1 (Map):** Your AR process, mapped. We walk through how you bill and collect today and document every system involved.
- **Week 1–2 (Connect):** Integrations live. Baseline data flowing from your ATS, ERP, payroll and VMS. Where an API doesn’t exist, the ReceiveUp AI agent is deployed.
- **Week 3–4 (Automate):** First reminders out. Your rules for billing, reminders, cash application and reconciliation are configured, and the first cash application matches are running.
- **Month 2 (Monitor):** Alerts tuned. Discrepancy alerts tuned, VMS reconciliation in production, live dashboards and forecasts in your hands.
- **Month 3 (Monitor):** Measurable DSO movement. And your team’s time back.

Where we use AI:

- **Cash application.** AI matches payments to invoices and learns each client’s remittance patterns over time.
- **Data agents.** Where systems don’t have APIs, our AI agent securely logs in (with your credentials and permission) and pulls the data ReceiveUp needs.
- **Forecasting.** Machine learning understands your customers’ payment patterns and builds reliable cash flow forecasts.

Where we don't: posting cash to your gl, generating invoices, auto-resolving disputes. Those are handled with automation, and by your team when a person is needed.

### Does ReceiveUp use AI?

Yes, where it earns its place. ReceiveUp uses AI for cash application matching, cross-system data reconciliation and forecasting. ReceiveUp doesn’t use AI to post to your GL, generate invoices or autonomously resolve disputes. Your finance team owns those decisions.

### Is ReceiveUp’s AI auditable?

Every AI action (match, reminder, data pull) is logged and reviewable. Your team can audit, override and turn off any AI behavior at any time.
